This is a sculpture of a Hot Wheels Van, which appears 3-D and "moves" as you walk past it, but is actually suspended in the Hot Wheels Museum in Gaithersburg, MD. The sculpture was painted by Judy Gilbert and engineered in collaboration with David Goldberg.
